Step 2 — Post Your Job
Click "Post a Job" and describe what you need done. Be as specific as possible — include the scope of work, location, timeline, and any relevant photos or documents. The more detail you provide, the better the bids you'll receive.
Jobs are reviewed and approved before going live to keep the marketplace high quality.
Step 3 — Contractors Bid on Your Job
Once your job is live, local contractors can see it and bid. Contractors pay a credit to unlock your contact information, which means every contractor who reaches out has made a real commitment to your job — not just browsing.
Step 4 — Review Bids and Choose
You'll get notified when a contractor purchases your job and reaches out. You can message them directly through Renova's built-in messaging. Compare bids, ask questions, look at reviews, and choose the contractor who's the best fit.
Step 5 — Update Job Status
As your job progresses, update its status — Taking Bids, In Progress, Completed. This keeps contractors informed and helps keep the marketplace accurate.
For Contractors: Find Jobs and Win Bids
Step 1 — Create Your Profile
Sign up and select "Contractor." Complete your profile — add your trades, service area, a bio, and a profile photo. A complete profile gets significantly more responses from customers.

Step 2 — Browse Jobs
Browse open job listings in your area. Each listing shows the job title, category, location, and current status before you unlock it. When you find one you want to pursue, spend 1 credit to unlock the customer's contact information.
Step 3 — Reach Out
Once you unlock a job, you can message the customer directly through Renova. Send a personalized message, introduce yourself, and make your case.
Step 4 — Win the Job

Contractors use credits to unlock job listings. Credits can be purchased in packs:
